Gillen Yacht Services, Inc. is a full-service yacht refit and repair facility operating for the past 30 years in the Ft Lauderdale market providing quality services for yachts ranging from 50 to 300 ft. We are looking for the right individual to be a part of our highly skilled technical work force. With expertise in every area of yacht repair – we provide one-stop shopping for our client’s vessels.

Machinist/Welder

• Experience with aluminum, stainless steel and carbon steel
• Ability to design and fabricate parts like mounting brackets
• Ability to read prints and drawings
• Machine shop skills
• Can work independently
• Must have personal tools required to perform job duties
• Must have experience with : Tig, Mig, Stick
• Plasma Cutter
• Lathe
• Milling Machine
• Fit, finish and polish stainless steel
• Braising
